Some people are hard for us to like, and this cannot help but affect us as leaders.
We therefore need to try to like others just as much as we can, otherwise we will not treat them as we should.
Be a better boss and be honest with yourself about those you find it difficult to like. Then, with a spirit aimed at doing what is right for the team, think about their good traits and try to appreciate these over the negatives. Watch out for letting your negative views turn into words or actions that they shouldn’t.
Remember, good leaders lead everyone, even those they find it hard to like, effectively.
