Leadership trainers and consulting coaches also need to be involved with mentors and supervisors. Program participants benefit greatly from this support and accountability as they implement changes, but this level of involvement is unfortunately rare.
A well researched and designed program, including effective curriculum and course materials are important management functions, and many people can do these effectively.
